The name on the door

The public name of this site and these games is adorbz games. The person offering them is Dor Kleiman. That legal name is not the brand.

The games

Punch Him! is provided as an Android app. This website describes it. It is not a store, and nothing here is an offer to sell a download.

The camera

Punch Him! needs the camera so it can detect a face on the device. Face detection runs on the device. The game does not take photographs, does not record video, and does not upload pictures or videos to us or to anyone else. If you do not want the camera used, do not grant the permission and do not play.

Acceptable use

Do not break the app, do not use it to bother other people, and do not pretend the site or the game is from someone else. The cow mascot and the name adorbz games belong with this project.

No warranty

The site and Punch Him! are provided as is. They may fail, change, or disappear. There is no promise that a face will be detected, that a particular phone will work, or that a store listing exists.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dor Kleiman is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, from using the site or the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site or the game after that means you accept the new terms.
